New Mexico is the southwestern epicenter of culture, innovation, and opportunity. Before statehood, the New Mexican territory thrived on the industrializing infrastructure of theEl Camino Real de Tierra Adentro (North-South), Route 66 (East-West), and the railroad expansion creating some of our nation’s oldest cities. As a native New Mexican, the state’s history and development have positively impacted my family heritage reaching back four plus generations. I am passionate about creating holistic positive community development for all ages, genders, and races while addressing barriers towards upward advancement. For the Land of Enchantment, I am dedicated to working on our state’s most critical needs and tailoring a blueprint similar to the 1912 plan-of-action to make New Mexico the “Crossroads of Opportunity” that is welcome to all! We are a blessed state and culturally abundant. That is why I support and urge our community to consider the following issue areas as critical ingredients for making New Mexico a thriving environment.
